The rooms at Hampton by Hilton London Gatwick Airport were so comfy and had everything we needed, like laptop-friendly workspaces and free WiFi. The en suite facilities were clean and had a nice shower.

I wished the seating area in our room was a bit bigger.

Convenient location for both terminals, with easy access to trains and rental cars. Clean room with tea and coffee facilities. Comfortable bed and beautiful shower. Quick check-in process and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect for transit through Gatwick Airport. It was incredibly convenient to have a restaurant that was at least partially open 24 hours. Plus, the fact that they started serving breakfast at 0400 was a huge bonus. the breakfast itself was excellent, with a wide variety of options including waffles, eggs, bacon, and more.

The room layout. Although the quad room we had was a nice size, it would have been more comfortable to have a double bed with two singles instead of a large double and a sofa bed.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient location attached to the north terminal. It made our morning journey so easy. The queen size bed was incredibly comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows. The bathroom was modern and spacious. the room was clean and comfortable.

Felt like home, no complaints.

The breakfast options were limited, but the food that was available was delicious and satisfying. We especially enjoyed the thick and juicy bacon. The comfortable bed and spacious shower made for a relaxing stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Hampton By Hilton London Gatwick Airport for one night before my morning flight. The location was perfect, right in the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection and great quality. The staff at the reception were efficient, friendly, and polite. Despite our flight delays, we were quickly checked in and found our clean and comfortable room. The convenience of the hotel was unbeatable, as we were able to bring our bicycles into the room easily. I highly recommend this hotel.

The origami lamps in the lobby and the spaceship-esque entry tunnel were real delights for our children. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for our family, allowing us to effortlessly catch our flight. The spacious corner queen room provided spectacular views of the airport, perfect for our kids to watch the planes and buses.

My wife says that the dinner menu could be more extensive for families with children.

The location in this city is a huge plus point and saves time and effort. Also, the hotel facilities are great with a relaxed bar/lounge area that adds to the comfort of the guests. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist who assisted well in accommodating us with disability. The cleanliness of this hotel is impeccable and the breakfast is delicious.

The noise from the nearby car park can be quite bothersome at night.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

Great location, just a short walk through a tunnel to the terminal building. Checking in was a breeze, with helpful and knowledgeable staff. the room was clean and tidy, with a nice big bed and a spacious bathroom. the hotel also offered good access for onward flight and train travel, making it convenient for travel plans.

The soundproofing of the hotel could be improved. There was quite a bit of noise from outside, such as trolleys and airport machinery, which disrupted my sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel right next to the North Terminal at Gatwick airport. The location is so convenient! Check-in with Lucia was a joy, and the staff at breakfast and in the bar were so friendly and helpful. We loved the fact there was a free breakfast in the morning, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the runway which was fascinating to watch.

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat as it offers a flexible meeting room with the latest A/V technology for up to 16 people, which was perfect for our needs. The gym, public computer with free printing, and private parking were convenient, and the business center provided free use of computers, fax.

The only service I missed for my work was a 24-hour room service for late-night work sessions.

I loved taking the free transit to the South Terminal, so convenient! The hotel was modern and had a nice fitness center. The complimentary breakfast for kids was a bonus.

Oh, and the wifi was just fabulous, said no one ever!
